Logo Design FAQ:

What are the payment arrangements?
We collect 100% up front to begin design for the Starter and Basic package. For the Total Identity package we collect 50% before design, and 50% once you've chosen the logo you're satisfied with.
What type of payments do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and Paypal.
Will I be able to see the progress of my logo while it is being designed?
Yes, upon receipt of your payment, we register you on our feedback site where the designer will share his/her progress, and you can share your feedback and comments.
So I get to communicate directly with the designer?
Of course! What did you think, Link the dog was going to relay messages back and forth? He has enough to do as it is!
What if I choose the starter package, go through the 3 rounds of revisions, but don't like any of them after that?
You can upgrade to the Basic or Total identity package and pay the difference. Please understand we pay our designers by the hour, which is why our logo services are priced so competatively
Why are you so cheap?
Cheap isn't the word, more like affordable. As you can see from our portfolio, our images are top class and dynamic. We don't make much money off of our logo design because we're confident that, after you work with us once, you'll come back for your web design, SEO, and marketing needs.
